Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vanly ("the Platform", "we", "us"), whether as a business owner listing services or as a customer booking those services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Vanly is a booking and business-management platform that allows mobile service businesses (such as mobile beauty/skincare services, home services, and other mobile services) to manage their availability, staff, pricing, and customer bookings, and allows their customers to book and pay for services online.

Vanly is a technology platform only. Vanly is not a party to the service agreement between a business and its customers, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any service booked through the Platform.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally authorized to operate the business you register on the Platform.

4. Business Owner Responsibilities

As a business owner using Vanly, you are solely responsible for: the accuracy of your service listings, pricing, and availability; complying with all applicable local laws and licensing requirements for your business; the quality and safety of the services you deliver; handling customer complaints, disputes, and refunds related to the services you provide; and any taxes owed on your earnings.

5. Fees and Payment Plans

Vanly offers the following pricing plans for business owners:

  • Commission plan: no monthly or annual fee; a 2% platform fee is deducted from each booking processed through the Platform.
  • Monthly plan: a fixed fee of $15 per month, with unlimited bookings and no additional per-booking platform fee.
  • Annual plan: a fixed fee of $149 per year, with unlimited bookings and no additional per-booking platform fee.

In addition to any Vanly fee, if you choose to accept online payments through our payment processor (Stripe), standard payment-processing fees (approximately 3%) apply separately and are set by Stripe, not by Vanly.

Subscription fees (Monthly and Annual plans) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Payments settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account will return to the Commission plan.

6. Cancellations and Refunds for Bookings

Refund and cancellation policies for individual customer bookings are set by each business, not by Vanly. Vanly is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of a business for services that were not delivered or were unsatisfactory; customers should contact the business directly, or Vanly Support if the business is unresponsive.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business, to attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform, or to use the Platform to process payments unrelated to legitimate bookings.

8. Suspension and Termination

Vanly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to customers or the Platform. Existing bookings and outstanding fee obligations are not erased by suspension or termination of an account.

9. Third-Party Services

Vanly relies on third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of these features is also subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The Vanly name, logo, and Platform design are the property of Vanly and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you upload (such as your business name, service descriptions, and images) remains your property, but you grant Vanly a license to display it on the Platform as needed to operate the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or disputes between businesses and their customers. Vanly's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Vanly in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform (for example, via an announcement or notification).

13. Commission-Plan Fees and Account Access

If you use the Commission plan and take payment from a customer directly (cash or card reader, outside Stripe), Vanly's 2% platform fee on that booking accrues as a balance owed rather than being collected at the time of the booking. If you have an outstanding balance, Vanly may restrict access to your dashboard and your public booking link until it's paid. You pay it off yourself, directly and with your own confirmation, through an ordinary Stripe checkout for the exact amount owed — Vanly does not store your card for this or charge it automatically. Access is restored as soon as payment is confirmed.

If a required subscription payment (Monthly/Annual plan) otherwise cannot be collected, Vanly may similarly restrict access to your dashboard and your public booking link until it's resolved. Existing bookings and any fees already owed are not erased by this restriction.

14. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at team@vanly.one or through the Support section of your dashboard.
